RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks is offering home shoppers a unique way of shopping for available homes and condos at the Lake. For the first time ever RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks is presenting a “Parade of Homes” Open House style shopping experience where home buyers can shop by price increments.
The events will be held every Saturday in May and the schedule and pricing breakdowns are as follows:
May 2nd View Homes from $50 - $200,000
May 9th View Homes from $200-$400,000
May 16th View Homes from $400- $600,000
May 23rd View Homes from $600-$800,000
May 30th view Homes from $800,000 plus
This dividing and showcasing of homes and condos by price is a unique concept for the home buying customer. Now consumers looking for a home in a certain specific price range can shop numerous properties on an “open house” style basis all on the same day.
Some homes are being offered on a “RED TAG SALE” incentive basis. That means that specific homes are offering a reduced price, or some other buyer incentive good only for the day of the home tour.
